Guards got to add splitting the hard hedge in the P&R into their repertoire. Upper levels teach drop that inside hand down for disruption, so that crossover/pat dribble has to be low low.

HS guys work on using/knowing different screens types & how to OPEN UP based off coverage. Drop P&R your bringing 2 players to the ball, slip and get rim pressure quick. For some reverse pivot to SEE early pocket pass. Some open wrong & BLIND early, if athletic its ok. Foot work.

👀 HS fall league: guard's, when your running a P&R towards the middle of the floor vs SWITCHING, the angle of the screen is important. You want that defender who's SWITCHING to go OVER not UNDER. OVER triggers rotational help and becomes 2 on 1 at some point.
