Tesla's first "public" Semicharger on the East Coast is planned in Conley, Georgia!! Permits are in for the addition of 8 Semi Charging stalls, with plans to add 4 more at a later date, at 1786 Rock Cut Rd. The site is located about 2 miles south of Interstate 285 via US-23.

Tesla announced one new Supercharger location in the U.S. yesterday with 16 stalls. By my count, this brings the total number of Supercharger sites in the U.S. to 2,839. If you include public Destination Charging sites as well, the total rises to ~7,546.
