Lesson learned: never, ever, ever, EVER rent from @UKEnterprise!. They overcharged (wrong car class), then charged for damage which I did not cause, then charged parking (which I already paid). Total fraudulent charges from this company were over $500!.

TIL that anonymous pipes in C# (AnonymousPipeServerStream, not redirected stdout) depend on inherited HANDLEs having the same numeric values in the child process as in the parent process. AFAIK, this is not documented behavior. Can you confirm, @dotnet?.

IRA-to-IRA transfers are done trustee to trustee and must be initiated by the receiving trustee. 401(k)-to-IRA transfers are done by a check made out to the receiving trustee and sent to the account owner, and must be initiated by the sending trustee. Any idea why? @patio11.
