Ah they’re moving like you’re the one inconveniencing them. Tbh this is the thing with some Ghanaian businesses, many are quick to claim the rewards of entrepreneurship but slow to accept the liabilities that’s come with it. A full refund isn’t a favour, it’s the bare minimum -

on condition that i send the damaged part to them which is crazy to me because i didn’t not even buy the wig from them in the first place
Ghanaian businesses will inconvenience you and act like you’re the one inconveniencing them. Are they willing to pay 100% if you give them the wig???

also, before i left the shop yesterday, i had a cordial conversation with the person who caused the damage. only to call this morning for further discussion and they were incredibly rude to me. i was kinda confused cos from where to where?
i still agreed to let them have it given the reasons they stated, though i still had reservations. and theyre asking me to remove it and send it to them as opposed to having someone pick it up from where it will be fixed and paying me immediately. lol pls paa
