i’m 22 and i just recently learnt that sleep should be calculated in 90 minute intervals and idk how i didn’t know this for so long but it actually worked to time my sleep like that wtf 😭😭 i woke up and it WASNT HARD TO OPEN MY EYES. mind blowing :’)
