still cant upload images... everyone trust my dinner looks AMAZING sticky rice bowl w lettuce, cucumber, salmon, broccoli, nori, light soy sauce, hot sauce, side of carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, 5 DINO NUGGIES, light cranberry juice for my drink ! total is 411cals 24g protein

upping my cal limit to 1k cals (very scared) in hopes that it helps me in the long run and stops the binge urges. I'm not aiming to REACH 1000 cals but as long as I stay under, I'm hoping I can allow myself to consciously go over my usual limit of 700cals (terrified)

stupid app isn't letting me upload pictures but anyways I had a bagel for lunch, one half with cottage cheese & cucumber, other half with pb2 & jam. as well as a side of strawberries and guava monster. total is 226cals 15g protein
