is 28g of protein enough for a meal thats 466cals?? I don't want to be hungry afterwards and I also want to make sure the amount of protein is worth it for the amount of calories

upping my cal limit to 1k cals (very scared) in hopes that it helps me in the long run and stops the binge urges. I'm not aiming to REACH 1000 cals but as long as I stay under, I'm hoping I can allow myself to consciously go over my usual limit of 700cals (terrified)

stupid app isn't letting me upload pictures but anyways I had a bagel for lunch, one half with cottage cheese & cucumber, other half with pb2 & jam. as well as a side of strawberries and guava monster. total is 226cals 15g protein
