To round off the day @_SouthWalney , the Barn Owls were out hunting, this from late afternoon, but also out this morning as they would have been unable to feed for the last couple of days.

Let me whisper in your ear. "Your Plaice or mine?" The Grey Seals were very active (and vocal) over high tide @_SouthWalney today. Ten of them came to watch me as I watched them from the main track.
