Wow @O2 not sure where in call handler training your staff are taught to respond with “are you done yet” in a sarcastic tone when you are trying to find out why you are getting text messages about someone else’s account. Hopefully staff in store will be more helpful!

Today I received a text inviting me to attend the Y8 parent’s evening at the local school. That would be lovely but my son is in alternate provision since Feb waiting for our LA to up date his EHCP and name a suitable school. #SENDParenet

To see the change in my #Autistic son now he is in a low demand alternate provision for just a week is amazing. Away from bullies (both teachers and kids), in an environment where they understand his needs. #SENDeducation

Every so often my 13 year old likes to stand in the cupboard under the stairs! He is delighted to now be taller than me, he is just shy of 6’0”. JJ is 17 and has stopped growing. #LeftBehind
