Mapping an API directly to agentic tools is not a good idea because APIs were designed with programmers and code in mind, not the LLM. For agents, the context is different. The difference between my Linear MCP and its API is described in the document mentioned in the comment.

fyi "Zero shot" = no examples "One shot" = one example in the prompt "Few shot" = a few examples in the prompt I thought it's worth sharing, as people mistake attempts for shots and zero-shot with one-shot.
