i would say this is still the easy part because creating a pull request phase more issues than the coding part. i created 3 incorrect pull request and my 1st pull request didn't even have any code change except formatting. sorry @SinghDevHub 🫣. 5/n.

staring at the http request body for hours and with some gemini 2.5 pro prompts later I realized I had to handle raw bytes to transfer data without overflowing backend heap, so went with this idea — but no files >2GB can be shared. 4/n.

the bounty required to add the functionality of handling large files(videos specifically) and as were handling the http request without making use of any framework it actually required some thought on how to make it work coz you can't just the whole data into string to parse. 3/n.

hands down project was crazy fun .not a big fan of java, but damn java is an amazing language for backend. tried maven and adding external dependencies into the project (ps: its not a simple pip install 🫣).the project was so deep and well explained, you shld defo check out. 2/n.

@SinghDevHub was following a yt video for creating the backend of a subscription tracker in expressjs. finally implemented the features from the video but feels a bit incomplete so I am thinking I should add some more features such as subscription split among other people to track the split.

development.> finally made the final commit to @SinghDevHub PeerLink repo, took quite some back and forth and had some hiccups, waiting for the merge 🤞.> done with the basic implementation of the subscription-tracker that I was working on, more on it in the next thread 🧵.
