I hope we understand how big of a win this is for the entire artist community! The first ruling being in favor of Dieschburg set a very worrying precedent for copyright protection. Jingna fought not only for her own rights but for the protection of us all. We owe her big time.
I won. I won my appeal. The Luxembourg court has ruled that Jeff Dieschburg infringed upon my copyright when he used my work without consent. Using a different medium was irrelevant. My work being 'available online' was irrelevant. Consent was necessary. 1/
