This is the only one issue among my other 10 issues regarding customer service. If you're considering buying a car from #marutisuzuki I urge you to reconsider and choose a company that values its customers and their satisfaction.

When I finally managed to get in touch with someone, they promised to provide a resolution within a day but then refused to take my calls from the next day onwards. This lack of accountability shown by @Maruti_Corp is unacceptable, and as a customer, I expect better.

I tried to contact @Maruti_Corp multiple times through emails and calls, but each time I was given a new contact number.

The senior relationship manager who made the commitment had left the company, and the company claimed that they did not have a record of the commitment refund. This lack of transparency and inability to provide a satisfactory resolution left me frustrated and disappointed.

When I contacted the Quality manager, I was asked to provide the refund document, which I was never given at the time of purchase.

However, after multiple calls and messages to the Quality manager of the company, I only received 40% of the committed refund.

I purchased a new car from #marutisuzuki and at the time of purchase, the company committed to providing me with a refund of a certain amount within 15 days.
