Does @gradescope have any customer support channels? The past week, my 360 students' programming assignments take 20+ minutes just to launch the container to run my grading script. I've sent many emails, no response, wait times only getting worse.

Received a very brief 5 sentence review on Weds, of which the summary is: 'tldr.' (didn't like the details in the README). We posted a response immediately by email to chairs, also posted to HotCRP yesterday, haven't heard anything back. A pattern, or just me?.
