Watching film is one of the most underrated ways to improve. It slows the game down so you can see spacing, reads, defensive tendencies, body language, and timing. Most players just play. The smart ones study and learn.

Watched a bunch of college games yesterday….you can see right away who’s prepared for the speed and who’s not. If you train in comfort, the game will always feel fast. Build workouts that push your pace, decision-making, and control. Make practice tougher than the game.

Don’t get worked up when players train with other coaches. There are always different reasons: schedules, comfort, curiosity, or simply wanting a new perspective. What matters most is that they’re putting in the work to get better.
