+ think about what they said about max's arc, that her dying after she suffered so much would make no narrative sense. will byers ending up rejected & still with an unrequited love after 5 seasons would make no narrative sense, esp w the way they've been writing mileven.

also me saying byler is still endgame does not mean im not mad about the quote. what he said is insensitive as fuck and frames bylers as desperate fujos who want to see two boys kiss instead of queer people who relate to wills struggles and want him to get his happy ending

no, it hasn't. and i'm waiting to see if any new developments / comments on it show up the same way it happened last time. i'm also hoping gaten's words have been miscontrued because if not, regardless of byler, that's such a tone deaf take on queer characters.

they're definitely gonna do this. a wrinkle in time + s2 shows us you don't need tricks to save someone / pull them out of evil's hold. you need love. "what do i have that IT doesn't? love" and tfs' "can love defeat fear?" etc. mike's love will pull will out of it.
GODDDDDD I HOPE SO. mike being the person to always bring will back has been important wills supernatural plot so MAYBE??

gaten is the most well spoken of all the boys, and previously he's spoken about will's queerness better than literally any of the other boys-even NOAH. the self-contradiction in that article + the way he lowk brushed everything off... its giving "talking around the question"

i didn't know @EliteDaily and gaten matarazzo wrote stranger things but okay. and it's very weird that outside of byler, y'all would cheer on a quote saying "queer love is more powerful when unrequited". i suppose it makes sense since y'all probably don't ship any queer ship.
