It's been a little over a week since we launched our online shop, and the support from people across the island of Ireland has been amazing. We even had requests for deliveries to the UK, Singapore and Australia! Thank you 🙏

What a week it's been preparing the final touches for our online shop-launching next week. Expect lots of products from our garden/kitchen pantry. We will have a limited range of gift boxes and a few mature Christmas puds! Some products added to the honesty shop this morning 👇

Good morning from the garden. The hens are so happy today, eating scraps from the polytunnel. We are clearing the summer crops of tomatoes, cucumbers, and squash and planting onions and greens for the winter/spring months.

I'm having so much fun with my @_fattomato horticulture project. Lots of ups and downs with the pesky weather but we will get there
We are enjoying the sunshine when it appears 🌞 Honesty shop now has a fridge - stocked with kombucha, water kefir, pesto, cucumber pickle and salad leaves. There are a few new potted plants too - pineapple sage, dill, strawberry mint, trailing rosemary, cardoon and lovage.
