From the start of the program @CJPowell25 understood his need to be more adjustable. Itβs not always perfect but watching a great swinger want to become a great hitter is fun to be apart of.
CLIENT SWING BREAKDOWN: Creating hip hinge in the stride is often the most overlooked feature of a hitters stride. Landing in proper hip hinge allows hitters to transition into side bend and maintain good posture through the swing. Check out the breakdown below #BaseballRebellion

Great hitters understand how to recognize their timing flaws and making adjustments to that from pitch to pitch.
Nobody has perfect timing! Stop trying to find it. Find a swing/bat path that eliminates the need to be perfect. Find barrels, not perfect timing.
