this is kataang when you remember aang lost his entire family and thought he was alone, only for katara to bring him into hers without an ounce of hesitation and completely earnest.
when it's a loner character who never really had any family falls in love with a character who has a big, happy and loving family that makes them feel at home and welcomed 😭

don't get it twisted tho, i love hiccstrid down bad but i had a major crush on hiccup as a kid so i'd ignore her 💔 but im healed now and have seen the light. he still a cutie patootie tho, that part never gonna get healed.

anyways i love the fact that aang's iconic color thats so easily recognizable as him, isn't actually orange, but blue. as all you need to do is draw/color a blue arrow and ppl immediately think of aang. so when you think of blue, not only does katara come to mind but so does aang.
