basically - the only way to make good products is to try hard. either learn from someone who tried hard or try hard and learn by experience.

it can only be taught to them. they must be told of the dangers and the reasons, and then choose to accept it or not. thats why the only way to have a really good product is to have a phd in frameworks or whatever. the new dev does not need it, but whoever built the wall does.

a pit implies that its difficult to jump out and fail but any new dev can fail with the same tools. a wall implies it's built for their own protection - they know the dangers and have chosen to defend themselves. a new dev cannot build a wall because they do not know the dangers.

i've come to realize theres no such thing as a pit of success. everybody thinks the tools they use have successfully created it. but its not a pit of success - its a wall of success that they've laid around themselves.
here's yet another app built on the side that. - feels better than what most full time teams ship.- is real, not a tech demo.- screen built mostly by someone with < 1yr of exp.- no PhD in any framework required. outcome is all that matters - your grand theories do nothing for me

i wish @bunjavascript went the route of being the one shop bundler, linter, tester, formatter, transpiler, package manager and left the runtime to node until after it dominated the DX scene. how amazing to have CI be sub 10s permanently, with everything a `bun x` command away.
