7. Looking back now, it feels like everything came full circle. From teaching a few friends in 200 level, to organizing class-wide tutorials, to leading an entire department academically. Every stage taught me something new about patience, teamwork, and purpose.

6. That same drive led me to run for Academic Director and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I got to build a small, committed team that helped organize tutorials, share materials, and support our classmates through some of the toughest courses.

5. Those sessions changed everything for me. I realized I genuinely enjoyed helping people learn, seeing that moment when something clicks for someone. It also taught me that leadership starts with service. And that mindset eventually pushed me to take things further.

4. So I started organizing larger tutorials for the entire class. The goal was simple if one person understood it, we all could. And week after week, it became more than just solving equations it became a space for growth, teamwork, and shared progress.

3. By 300 level, when Ordinary Differential Equations II came along, I realized things had gotten even tougher. This time, I knew I had to reach out to more people, not just my circle, because we were all going to need each other to get through it.

2. It actually started back in 200 level with Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE). I used to hold small tutorial sessions for a few close friends nothing serious, just us trying to figure things out together.
