I miss it until I remember how uncomfortable this was
the first time I learned that ballerinas/dancers had to do this to their shoes, it blew me away. there is so much work and routine that goes on beyond the actual dancing in ballet. we truly haven't covered how much they sacrifice to make the art we see.
