i went to the gym 3x a week (HEAVY CARDIO, walking on an incline, jogging. Eliptical). Stopped eating out and cooked a majority of my meals at home. Pilates 2x a week. Gallon of water a day 🙂 sweat as much as u can. And also get u some dr tobias cleanse for ur colon as well 🩵
