Please do not assume that everyone taking ARVs has an undetectable viral load. That's a dangerous assumption. The issue here is disclosure, if you have any sort of STI, not just HIV, the responsible and morally correct thing to do is to tell your partners.
HIV+ people who are taking their ARVs and whose viral load is undetectable cannot give you HIV. It’s 2020 but we still have to explain such obviously simple things. So finding your partners ARVs should be a relief since you clearly didn’t go test together and now you you’re safe
