good day at millard south summer meet. big measured foul of 43’3 on only ten strides (normally 14) and some good attempts on long jump (also short approach), and ended with a mark and pr of 19’7.25. next meet ➡️ regionals @ iowa state university. 2026, uncommitted, 3.75 GPA

my high school season is officially over! ended up jumping 43’9.5 and finishing 11th at the state meet, not what i envisioned but a solid day overall. first half of the season didn’t start out how i wanted but picked it up later in the year. excited for summer next! (uncommitted)

triple jump pr of 43’9 at the gretna invite.covering more ground with my phases and getting my hips more active each week, and covered 29+ feet on my first 2 phases this week. Still 3 weeks left and a lot more work to put in!
