For comparison in pounds, all in, this United offer for Sesko is worth up to £73.7m. Villa wanted £60m for Ollie Watkins. Sesko is a risk, but high potential & seven years younger. You can see the logic. It's a lot of money but better value.

I'm not saying this would be "a part exchange" per se because that's unrealistic and unfavourable, but for United to be clear with Hojlund for example that he's out they'll need confirmation from Sesko.

Was made clear in the last few days there are players Leipzig would love in exchange. There's a possibility for more negotiation rather than just a straight cash offer for Sesko. Sesko has to decide first. Then we'll see how the deal plays out.

Everton have been far stronger in duels for most of the night. United sloppy, weak and too slow. But they have shown incisiveness and sped play up effectively, which is encouraging. GK & midfield remain problem areas but we’ve known this forever.
