Shik occupies himself with the research question - "how do we generate sustained collective intelligence?". His pursuit spans the realms of ecological economics, climate justice, community building & fundraising - alongside co-creators from 40+ countries.

Delfina – Practitioner of delicate activism, designer of learning spaces that nourish both the soul and the system. With a grounding in regenerative development and social-emotional learning, she weaves together facilitation dynamics that allow communities to become more whole.
