This clause does not apply here. It applies for unlocking features that NVIDIA requires a license for eg. the virtual GPU or GRID stuff. Patching a driver to work on an old OS without distributing copyrighted material is completely fine. @TheBobPony you're an asshole.
@The_DarkFire__ @Koto_Sumire For how 2.6 is written word for word. It suggests that even with a patcher it might be not allowed by NVIDIA's License Agreement. The patcher itself coldpatches the DLLs so that could be used against them if NVIDIA cared to go after win32.

btw fun fact, if you want to setup a private self-hosted repo, you might not need github/gitlab/gitea at all. just initialize a bare repo and push to it over ssh
