Enoch Burke on the lamb for over two days now and there is no sign of a cheeky ballad storming up the charts. The new headbangers will never be a proper political movement.

Breaking: Denis O’Brien defamed two lawyers in a 2016 press release that implied they acted for the IRA, a High Court jury has found. Mr O’Brien and his spokesman James Morrissey must pay solicitors Darragh Mackin and Gavin Booth €411,750 each in damages. @irishtimes

How can broke and begging RTÉ justify flying George Lee to Brazil for a week when he appears on the children's news and still has nothing to report? Mountrose culture of favoritism will outlast the planet at this stage 👎

Kerry is not a county suited to modern capital. it must always be in opposition to something. it thrives when down at heel. it gets too proud of itself and it’s already dying (Sent from Killarney Kebab queue) 457 💬 7 🔄 15🩶

Attacks on Lydia Foy's character all over this website since yesterday are scurrilous and despicable. Her very long & very public battle would never have succeeded if there was any truth to the smears on here and nothing in her private family life would undermine her identity.

Lads who pipe up about vaccines for indoor dining have absolutely nothing on the lads still giving out about the universal social charge.

Distinctly remember Fionnan Sheehan and Daniel McConnell insist Ireland would never recover we we would be pariahs in Brussels if a FFer was made finance minister and Donohoe lost chair of the Eurogroup. Turns out he was just waiting for a better gig.

Donohoe is well regarded because he was business as usual in every aspect. Talked about a 'vital centre' but given any opportunity to defend the rules based order, Donohoe always fell into line on tax avoidance, Gaza, bank crime. Undermined the data protection commission, etc..
It is time for an honest assessment of Paschal Donohoe’s record as Finance Minister. He was a dedicated public servant, but the corporate tax boom gave him an easy ride and allowed him to avoid hard choices and the kind of leadership the country needed.
