📢Paper published in #JASSS - open access. We use an Agent Based Model to simulate the UK housing market and explore the impact of financial shocks (interest rates and LTVs) on households' financial behaviours, and accordingly on housing prices & rents.

Over the last two days, we deployed the risk negotiations workshop in Kathmandu as part of the @UrbanRiskHub methodology. Quite engaging, starting from prioritising urban assets, to understanding #risk and ending with negotiations voicing community members and policy makers.
