Today was my first senior @DivvyBikes ride with @MClarkEagles. We traveled to the students' elementary schools so that they could say goodbye and we could greet rising freshmen. More than 3 hours and my legs feel like jelly. Tons of fun connecting with this group.

I had my staff begin analyzing the status of our operational and behavioral cultures in respect to our four core values. I hung them in my office as a focal point of my work for the remainder of the year. We must ensure that the time we take from our staff will add value.
