We're inching closer and closer to baseball season! The Buffalo baseball program will host its 2026 tryouts Jan. 12-13, with mandatory arm care conditioning beginning Jan. 5 for all players. FHSAA Athletic Clearance must be completed to participate.

KAROLY! Anthony Karoly, a Class of 2022 grad of The Villages High School, is selected in the 17th round of the MLB Draft by the Seattle Mariners! After helping lead VHS to the state semifinals in 2022, Karoly went on to Nova Southeastern University.

CELLO! Congratulations to Marcello Cortale (@MarcelloCor5) for earning second team All-State honors, as selected by Prep Baseball Florida. Cortale hit .489 this spring with nine home runs and 37 RBI.
