That’s why I proposed an Infrastructure Committee: a temporary panel that brings private-sector builders to Council, drives change in project-management culture, finds practical solutions and then steps aside once professionals are ready to deliver.

As an engineer with over 30 years’ experience, I delivered infrastructure projects on time and on budget. Too often the administration misses practical alternatives.
