Look into club volleyball and it will blow your mind. 6-7k in club fees 3-4k to travel. 15 players a team and sometimes they have 4 teams for each age group.
They spend $16K on their son’s travel baseball career. The kid has a nutritionist. Parents are spending $16k a year on travel baseball and calling it ‘opportunity.’ It’s not opportunity. It’s parental foolishness & idolatry dressed up as ambition & success. #WormwoodFTW

It’s scary how many people don’t understand what an amortization schedule is. You really shouldn’t buy a home with a mortgage if this is an advanced concept to you.
An American buys a $138,000 home. She sends the bank $9,286. After interest, taxes, and insurance take their cut, ONLY $952 actually touches the loan. $8,300 is PURE interest. This isn’t paying down a mortgage — it’s watching your money disappear before you can breathe.

It's the tax benefits. I know investors who don't want to cash flow but want the bonus depreciation. Chess not checkers sir
Buying a home to rent out for income is a terrible investment. Pick any house in America. Take the monthly rent x 12. Subtract property taxes, insurance, and random things breaking. Now take that number (your income), and divide it by the purchase price. Ya like 3%, I know.

Will they be charged the early withdraw fee? Will they have to pay taxes on this? Lots of questions
Down payments are the biggest barrier for young buyers. If the average home is $450k, you need $50k–$100k just to get started. President @realDonaldTrump's plan to let people use 401(k) funds for a down payment is practical AND smart!
