Dilip Ghosh was the Chief Architect behind BJP’s rise in Bengal in 2019. His exit would hurt BJP as he commands loyal followers Statewide. But Electorally, TMC has nothing to Gain since his home district already gave them 3/3 LS seats & leads in 18/19 assembly segments.
