Superb semi-final against @godleyprimary in the Tameside Millea Cup played in a great way. Both teams gave everything and nothing could separate them after extra time with both teams scoring one. Well done to Godley who held their nerve in the penalty shoot out to go through!

We’ve been exploring and testing different rolls to add to our sequence. I saw some great examples of teamwork and encouragement, and the new ramps were definitely a big success! @_TeamBG

Our Y3/4 Dodgeball team absolutely loved their first competition representing the school in a Tameside-wide tournament - and they even reached the final came away with a silver medal 🥈 Thanks to @tamesidessp organising this tournament!

To have two teams representing Team BG at the dodgeball finals is something to be very proud of...but for one of our teams to then come home with a Silver Trophy is something else. 🥈 Well done to all of players this week showing lots of teamwork, determination and having fun 👏

Yesterday we continued to work on our agility and fitness, and we learned three new moves, hooks, jabs and straight shots. I was so impressed with the children’s confidence, and very proud when the coach commented on our behaviour. Well done year 4! @_TeamBG
