So good luck, and see you at the top 100. But don’t forget this competition doesn’t reward the flashiest trader. It rewards the trader who understands: what counts what doesn’t and where effort is wasted.

However, more active and informed traders equals bigger rewards. This is a system problem, not a solo mission.

To play the scoring system correctly, You don’t just need to rank in the top 100, you also need to generate at least 100,000 USDT in volume and trade only on eligible markets. One last thing: The prize pool unlocks based on total platform volume. It is not guaranteed.

As exciting as these might sound, there’s more that meets the eye, you could tick all these boxes and still end up with a score that doesn’t matter if you’re not eligible. Your eligibility matters more than the hype of being the best trader. How?

Referrals: The final hand that plays the winning card. Your referral score equals 10% of the total score earned by every user you refer and this means you could benefit without trading if you refer a good number of people who understand the system.

But you’re also expected to learn how to control losses and not crash your capital as a beginner.

Trading volume: Here, there are no limits or maximum caps. You earn additional rewards based on the total trading volume generated during the competition. P&L ratio: This is where you earn a reward for achieving a positive P&L%.

These metrics directly determine your ranking on the leaderboard Deposit amount: This is your gateway, you earn rewards based on total amount deposited in your account during the competition. However, there is a maximum score of 500 points,and only USDT and USDC are accepted.

The 2026 New Year Trading Competition begs to differ on several levels. It is not about the best trader. It is about who plays the scoring system correctly. The leaderboard is ruled by four ancients (metrics): →Deposit →Trading volume →P&L% and →Referrals.

Most participants treat this more as a contest than a campaign or better put, a scoring system in trading clothing. As a creator, I’ve had the chance to study trading competitions that often feel more like talent shows than real contests.
