Dreamt I was thrown on for Dawn in Waitress, no rehearsal, nothing. The costume didn’t fit me, so they went to Evans and got me a shitty blue dress that looked nothing like the others. I looked cute in the wig, but I was so happy to wake up.

That being said, stage door is not obligatory, or an entitlement and an actor never owes anyone an explanation as to where they were instead of at stage door. I’m just explaining for clarity, transparency...and angry mothers. 😅
