@royalenfield 3. I am repeatedly told that the "concerned team" will get in touch with me and confirm the whereabouts of my order. Since the beginning of this ordeal, I have not received even ONE call or e-mail from them. Nine months and counting, dear @royalenfield. #disheartened

2. The last time we spoke, a customer executive told me I can call the helpline and ask for him by name. Today, I am told that my call cannot be transferred to him... It is now becoming clear just what @royalenfield thinks of their customers. #harrassment #customercomplaint

Serious trouble with the @royalenfield customer support system. 1. We were assured the product had been dispatched last month. Today we are told it is still in production and will take 3 months more?! So they believe they can blatantly lie to us and get away. #badservice
