Former #StockportCounty goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey has retired. Hennessey played every game as County, led by Jim Gannon, set an EFL record of nine wins in a row without conceding a goal from Jan 2007 to March 2007.

As @EetuIkola reports, Arttu Hoskonen will travel to Manchester this weekend ahead of a scheduled medical with #StockportCounty. The signing of Hoskonen, 28, on a free transfer looks like proceeding. Work permits etc will naturally play a part in the process too. 🇫🇮🎩
