@HackingBaseball Apparently gender is the barrier between what’s acceptable and what’s not, it could have been hair colour or social security number afaik but it’s gender 🤷🏻‍♀️ I made this tweet in an attempt to get answers

@_RustyRooster See both are designed differently for different work , traditionally men did work like hunting,farming,going to war etc. women took the job that was available then be it be housewife etc. Today avenues of work are gender neutral so we see both doing same jobs .

@TheQuestionerX I don’t think competence matters 💁🏻‍♀️ Younger devs or people on a reconversion are arguably less competent than others but they deserve respect, I’d say motivation and mindset matter
