My idol just liked a tweet of mine for the first time, BRB I'm having a crisis of relevancy and would like to pass out now.
I was an awkward queer kid who hated everything ab his life. I wanted it to end many times, but listening to songs Mariah hid deep in her discography helped me to heal and I felt like she was speaking directly to me, praying for me to get up again. #WhatMariahMeansToMe

Excited to play the tape of the album, for the nostalgia, as it was the way I listened to the self-titled debut and Emotions when they were first released. I think i even had Unplugged and Music Box on tape before transitioning to CD during the Daydream era.
