@TechnicalBben I so much hate it. Poverty will make you take insults and disrespect. And if you complain, you’ll be tagged ungrateful, so you just bottle it all up. You lose your voice because you don’t want to lose access.

Truth: Eating late is NOT automatically bad. Your body still digests food at night. Problems start when you combine late eating with big portions, wrong food choices or existing health conditions. It’s the pattern, not the time, that matters.

If you must eat late, pick smarter options: ➡️ Oatmeal ➡️ Yogurt + fruit ➡️ Sweet potato (3 or four slices) + vegetable ➡️ Boiled egg + veggies ➡️ Light pap + milk ➡️ Tea + a light snack ➡️ Whole-grain bread + peanut butter

If you’re eating late because you were busy, no problem but it shouldn’t be a habit. But if your “late-night eating” is actually late-night enjoyment. As in one big mountain of food at 11pm, that is a different story. You’re just being a glutton!!😏

Eating late is NOT automatically harmful when: ✅ You’re genuinely hungry ✅You’re a breastfeeding mother ✅ The meal is light + balanced ✅ You don’t overeat ✅ You sit up for some minutes before sleeping ✅ You don’t have reflux or blood sugar issues
