One of my attendings at children’s today asked what type of feast we typically celebrate with during Eid if my family was here. Then offered to buy the entire team lunch to celebrate/feast. Love my job and blessed to call this program home. Alhamdulillah. Eid Mubarak!

Last night an ED provider told me verbatim on why I should see a consult “their N/V is coming from the throat not the stomach” when I asked what they meant, they doubled down and said “ I listened to their stomach, it’s not coming from there”. Well I’ll be damned. #medtwitter

For the past 4 days I keep hearing my epic notification sound in my head, but every time I look at my phone there’s no notification 😅

Rough night on call but the highlight was a patient and family asking me if I have my own practice/clinic and that they can’t wait till I do because they would definitely want to be my patients 🥹
