Another day with my friends over at @SamsungUS. I feel like it has been my full time job to deal with Samsung support. Still do not have my eCoupon which hasn't worked since they sent it to me. No resolve and it seems no one is Samsung has a clue what is going on.

Basically if you have friends or loved ones I would not suggest buying any @SamsungUS appliances due to their horrendous support. I am a techy guy who documents everything but I can not imagine your grandma or grandpa calling for help and getting it.

Still no washer. With much back and forth Samsung sent me an eCoupon to put towards a new washer. Mind you I got this code after all the Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotions have ended and the price went from $749.00 (free install & Haul Away) to $800 plus install etc ($900) -
