This week's recipe is seafood themed. Impossible Beef coated in a cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder mix, cooked in canola oil. With tartar sauce made from cucumber, mayo, parsley, tarragon, and lemon extract. So good! š¤¤

This week's recipe is spooky themed. Spider muffins made with muffin mix, avocado oil, oat milk, egg, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla frosting, Oreos, black icing for the legs, and candy eyes. The most amazing sweet flavor that has ever entered my mouth.

This week's recipe is Mushroom & Walnut Ragu. Made with spaghetti, mushrooms, walnuts, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, tamari, thyme, oregano, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper. Topped with parsley flakes. Very tasty pasta dish! I felt the crunch of the walnuts in the sauce.
