I feel and look so much better. I feel like my old self again. My old clothes fit snd some are way too big. I feel lighter. I can breathe a lot better. I’m so happy

I am used to my weight fluctuating but this is the first time I gained this much weight and had trouble getting it off. I almost gave up on myself.

I wanted to reach my weight loss goal by my bday. I’m just 3 pounds shy but I did it. I lost 59 pounds. I started last yr august. By Jan this year I was down 30, then I gained a little of it back from traveling and drinking. Then I got serious again in June and lost the rest
