Broke this major story about Megan Thee Stallion’s bodyguard going missing before he testified over the weekend! Thank you to everyone who credited my article. This Tory Lanez assault trial is crazy as hell! https://t.co/mLBirHDKd1

I’m not on anybody’s side. I only report what happens in court. Some moments are favorable for Megan, and some are favorable for Milagro. That’s how ALL trials go. Y’all may not like Meg or Milagro, but that doesn’t change the testimony or who had the most momentum.

I haven’t heard any testimony about WhatsApp.
@_LaJanee_ The “Nigga Shore” chat could have contain implications? And didn’t Milagro delete what’s app? Which I assume is where she did most of her talking?

It’s less about who she texted, and more about the fact that she tried to clean it up once the lawsuit was active.

In other words: •The content of the missing messages is unknown •But the law punishes the act of deleting, not the content •The judge’s adverse inference automatically tilts credibility toward Megan •Even if the 20K texts weren’t with the Petersons, the deletion still makes

That adverse inference ruling happened back in October, and Milagro was ordered to pay $5,000 for wasting the court’s time with the deletion mess.

The jury will also be given this instruction.

Context matters: Milagro did delete messages after being served, even after being explicitly told not to. Because of that, the judge issued an adverse inference — meaning the court is allowed to assume those deleted messages would have benefited Megan’s case.

An expert did testify that Milagro deleted messages, but he couldn’t say what they said.

So the narrative that she scrubbed constant communication with Tory’s camp? Not supported by what was actually shown. This is according to the screenshot presented in court.

Here’s the breakdown from what was shown: •Most of the deleted messages = from the “N*gga Shore” chat •About 30+ deleted messages came from an unsaved number •Only 4 deleted messages were from a thread with Tory’s father, Sonstar

Most of those deleted messages came from Milagro’s own group chat with her friends (“N*gga Shore”). About 30+ were from an unsaved number and only 4 were from Tory’s dad. This is according to the screenshot.

DOCKET DIVA BREAKDOWN: Let’s clear this up because the 20K messages narrative has been completely twisted throughout this trial. 🧵👇🏾 Meg’s team kept saying the 20K deleted texts were between Milagro and the Petersons, but screenshots shown in court say otherwise.

Actually, the 20K texts weren’t between Milagro & Tory or Milagro & his daddy (Sonstar). I’m bout to break it down in a thread.
@LePetiteLeRoux @_LaJanee_ Yall forgetting the 20,000 messages removed that the jury would be able to assume that the evidence was in there that’s why it was deleted. Also Tory not admitting he knows her but we know he does

I’m so ready to go home. This trial is dragging.

If ruled a media defendant, the defamation claim gets tossed (earlier tweet never sent).

“I cannot be bought for any price, let alone a measly $3K. My dog is worth $3K.” Milagro The strategy was clear: ➡️ show she’s a person with losses, not a puppet with perks.

In short: ➡️ No payday ➡️ No secret funding ➡️ No career boost ➡️ Just fallout

Her team used all of this to argue she wasn’t paid by Tory, didn’t gain influence or opportunity, and didn’t benefit from pushing narratives. She struggled, lost income and had to fight her way through the lawsuit alone.

She testified she was fired over this lawsuit, said she was blacklisted, her bank account dipped to negative $10K and when supporters helped her raise $40K, the fundraiser got reported and taken down.
