As a leader, this is so refreshing! Just yesterday at District Leadership, departments shared with principals the “look-fors” while visiting classrooms. Today, I visited classrooms and saw them in action intentional planning and execution at its best! Our campus is leveling up!.

Being a principal comes with it’s challenges, but moments like these make it all worth it. When students present a well-laid-out plan for something they want to initiate, saying ‘yes’ is the easiest part! They’ve even scheduled a follow-up meeting in two weeks. ❤️ @WBE_Sheriffs

Before January, President Biden appointed over 61 Black judges, including 39 Black women, to lifetime positions on the federal bench. Notably, nearly 40 percent of these judges bring substantial experience in safeguarding and promoting civil and human rights.

When I completed the first 30 days of school at my new campus I sent out a principal survey to my staff for their feedback. A leader continuously reflects on their practices for continued growth. Some of the comments that stuck out. “Keep leading with intention and purpose.”❤️

28th year starts tomorrow…. My 28th year in education starts with me leading my 4th school and my 10th school as an educator. It has been busy @WBE_Sheriffs in the last 3 weeks. Hurricane Beryl delayed things but with a great team the work gets done! It’s Glow Time!
