My uncle’s 1 yr death anniversary is in a few days. & it is triggering bcuz it’s a reminder that I was the one who called for a wellness check & the 1st to be notified of his passing. Imagine dealing with that & having referrals for pts who are dealing with grief this wk

This work week took a toll 😭 being in the SW field, holding space for people while you try to balance your own personal struggles is hard AF.
