We are an independent registered small charity raising funds to support children and adults in Bucks who have speech, language or communication difficulties.

@anniechalk is one of @BHTSLTs specialist community SLTs. This is Anna at one of Bucks care homes where she will review a resident's swallowing during a lunchtime visit and make recommendations to optimise comfort. #communitycare #dysphagia @PalCareCEN @RCSLT #AHPsDay
